Adjustment In Price For Changes In Freight Rates
ADJUSTMENT IN PRICE FOR CHANGES IN FREIGHT RATES
The price is based upon the freight rates in effect on the date this agreement is executed. In the event freight rates increase or decrease as of the dates of shipping, and that change in the freight rates increases or decreases the sellers cost of shipping the goods, the price shall be increased or decreased to the extent of any increase or decrease in the sellers cost of shipping.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
